Recently, a number of key provincial projects, including Xiamen Tianma Optoelectronics and the upgrade and reconstruction of the new National Highway 324 (Guanxin Road–Fengnan No. 7 Road section), have entered the golden period of construction. In response, the Xiamen Special Equipment Inspection Institute has carried out systematic planning, strictly adhered to milestones, and advanced work in parallel, providing more precise, efficient, and convenient inspection services for project construction.
　　Large-scale projects generally feature long time spans, high construction difficulty, and high risks. Therefore, for special equipment such as hoisting machinery operating under long-term high-load conditions, their precision and stability are of paramount importance to construction safety. Focusing on this critical safety juncture, the Xiamen Special Equipment Inspection Institute formed a technical team composed mainly of Party members and established joint workstations with the project parties. Through dual online and offline interaction, the team gained a detailed understanding of the technical parameters and specific construction plans of hoisting machinery and other equipment, provided answers to issues in the inspection application process and documentation, assisted construction units and project parties in completing inspection applications, and set up dedicated inspection plans tailored to the characteristics of each project, greatly improving the accuracy and response speed of inspection work.
　　On site, inspectors used precision instruments to carry out actual measurements of hoisting machinery's lifting height, jib amplitude, and operating speed, verified lifting capacity and lifting moment, and validated the opening/closing and interlock protection status of brakes, ensuring that all parameters remained within the permissible error range of the system monitoring data and that safety protection functions could operate effectively. At the same time, inspectors promptly recorded problems found and potential safety hazards, urged user units to carry out effective rectification, and, in conjunction with relevant inspections, explained on site the safety requirements for special equipment and the safety precautions to note during use, guided file management, and enhanced the intrinsic safety of the equipment.
　　After confirming that equipment rectification had been completed properly, inspectors worked overtime to issue inspection reports, creating conditions for the safe, rapid, and high-quality construction of key projects, helping project construction press the "fast-forward button" and run at "accelerated speed."
