Recently, walking into the Food Processing Industry-University-Research Demonstration Base project in Shangzhou District, one sees that the main structure of the project has basically been completed, and workers are mustering all their energy to speed up construction and advance the project progress in an orderly manner.
It is reported that the project has a total investment of 220 million yuan and covers an area of 60 mu, including 28,000 square meters of standardized food processing plants, a 3,700-square-meter industrialization R&D center, and a modern sewage treatment plant. The project adopts a "government-school-enterprise" tripartite cooperation model, jointly built by the Shangzhou District People's Government, Shangluo University, and Shangluo Shangshan Lvshui Food Processing Co., Ltd., with supporting facilities including a food monitoring and R&D center, an achievement transformation experience zone, an e-commerce livestreaming center, as well as a product exhibition hall, a comprehensive cold-chain distribution center, and living, office, and leisure areas. The doctoral team in food science from Shangluo University can convert scientific research achievements into new products in the shortest time, effectively resolving the shortcomings in the extension and development of the industrial chain for food enterprises in Shangluo.
"After the project is completed, by attracting food-related enterprises to carry out deep processing of agricultural products, it will further extend the characteristic agricultural industrial chain of Shangzhou District and increase the added value of products," said Zhao Xiaosu, deputy general manager of Shangzhou District Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
Building platforms to attract "phoenixes" and precisely attracting investment to expand incremental growth. In the automated production workshop of the Shaanxi Huiyu Mobile Communication Terminal Products Production Project in the Shangzhou District Electronic Technology Industrial Park, workers skillfully operate machines on the production lines for processing and production, and piece after piece of mobile communication terminal products take shape.
"The products our company produces include feature phones, smartphones, tablet computers, Bluetooth earphones, and more, mainly sold to countries and regions such as Indonesia, Brazil, Egypt, and Ethiopia," said Wu Minghui, a relevant person in charge of Shaanxi Huiyu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
The project is undertaken by Shaanxi Huiyu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 50 million yuan, and is mainly engaged in the R&D, testing, assembly, production, and sales of motherboards for mobile communication terminal products. Since its official launch in February 2024, the project has demonstrated astonishing construction speed. In just three months, relying on the park's 4,000-square-meter standardized modern factory buildings, it rapidly built a complete production system including 2 dust-free purification workshops, 5 efficient automated production lines, 1 tablet computer assembly workshop, and 1 advanced packaging line, achieving negotiation and signing in the same month, and construction and production in the same year.
Since the beginning of this year, under the strong leadership of the Shangluo Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Shangzhou District has continuously deepened the "Three Years" activities, grasped the five major levers of "project construction, investment attraction, park carrying capacity, urban and rural renewal, and revitalizing the city through competitions," and by establishing a special project planning task force, set up mechanisms such as leadership responsibility for key projects, task force advancement, regular scheduling, joint handling of procedures, and on-site observation, working together to tackle difficulties and follow up throughout the process, driving project construction to make new progress every day, new changes every week, and a new image every month.
