"Watch your safety, lift the pipe over here, slow down, slow down..." "Align it with the reserved hole, lower it slowly, attach the fixing bracket..." On July 14, at the construction site of the Qingliu County Red Culture and Education Practice Base and ancillary facilities project, more than 10 workers were seen busily laying the outdoor sewage pipe network, with clear division of labor and seamless coordination on site.
　　This project is a provincial key project. Its construction content includes a visitor and citizen service center, an intangible heritage exhibition hall, a Soviet Area museum, a Hakka folk customs hall, a Soviet Area red-themed education exhibition hall, a red science and technology museum, as well as ancillary facilities such as roads, parking lots, charging piles, water supply and drainage, electrical systems, and fire protection.
　　"At present, the main structures of Buildings 1 to 4 have all been completed, the interior and exterior decoration of Building 5 has been finished, and the outdoor pipe network laying is also nearing completion," introduced project manager Xu Zike. He said that curtain wall installation on the exterior walls is now underway and half completed. At the same time, interior decoration and ceiling installation are being carried out in full swing and are expected to be fully completed by the end of September.
　　"Next, we will mainly carry out outdoor landscaping and the final finishing work both inside and outside. The project is expected to be fully completed and handed over by the end of this year," said project manager Xu Zike.
　　Once completed, the project will become an important platform for Qingliu County to carry out red culture and Hakka culture exchanges, patriotic education, tourism services, and youth quality education activities, further promoting the development of regional tourism and the service industry in Qingliu County.
　　In recent years, Qingliu County has focused on the all-for-one tourism development pattern of "one center, two wings, three routes," integrated the county's tourism resources, and vigorously introduced a number of "ecology+", "red+", and "culture and tourism+" cultural tourism and health care projects. It has comprehensively advanced the upgrading of the cultural tourism and health care industry, optimized route layouts, strengthened resource integration, and made every effort to drive Qingliu's all-for-one tourism toward "higher, redder, and newer" development.
　　In 2024, Qingliu County has 20 projects listed as provincial and municipal key construction projects, with a total investment of 10.095 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 3.425 billion yuan. From January to June this year, a cumulative investment of 2.046 billion yuan has been completed, accounting for 59.74% of the annual investment plan, exceeding the scheduled progress by 9.74 percentage points.
