Recently, the 13th "Three Batches" project construction activity of Henan Province was held. The Zhengzhou sub-venue held centralized signing, commencement, and commissioning of a batch of major projects, further setting off a wave of enthusiasm for grasping projects, promoting investment, strengthening support, and enhancing momentum.
An Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee, witnessed the centralized signing of project representatives, announced the centralized commencement of projects, and inspected the situation of commissioned projects on site.
Over the past three years, Zhengzhou has adhered to the rolling advancement of "Three Batches" project construction, completing investment of over 650 billion yuan. A total of 670 projects, including BYD and XFusion, have been successively commissioned and put into effect, driving the accelerated aggregation of new quality productive forces across the city, the continuous optimization of the industrial structure, and new achievements in high-quality development.
In the 13th "Three Batches" project construction activity, Zhengzhou had 87 "signed batch" projects with a total investment of 129.421 billion yuan, 48 "commenced batch" projects with a total investment of 68.175 billion yuan, and 86 "commissioned batch" projects with a total investment of 85.24 billion yuan. Among the signed and commenced projects, there were 63 projects with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan, 9 projects of over 5 billion yuan, and 3 projects of over 10 billion yuan, presenting distinctive characteristics of "large scale, high quality, and optimized structure."
The third quarter is the critical period for project construction and also the key period for sprinting toward the annual targets and tasks. Zhengzhou proposed to firmly establish the concept of "projects as the king," grasp industry to strengthen the foundation, grasp attraction to accumulate momentum, grasp carriers to strengthen support, and grasp services to optimize the environment, bravely shoulder the heavy responsibility, strive for excellence, promote the construction of major projects with high quality and efficiency, and continuously boost and empower the modernization of a national central city.
