In order to thoroughly resolve the difficult and obstructive problems in the heating sector and effectively improve heating quality and service levels, Jining District has focused on precise efforts in heat sources, heating networks, heating stations and other aspects since launching the warmth project, effectively improving the public's heating and warmth conditions.
At the heating pipeline network renovation construction site on Tongda Street (Wulan Road–Chaoyang Road), construction workers could be seen busy in an orderly manner, some welding new heat exchange pipes, others checking the firmness and sealing of connection joints. The sounds of welding, cutting and roaring machinery rose and fell in succession, presenting a bustling scene of construction.
"The heating pipeline network of this project is about 1.2 kilometers long, with a pipe diameter of DN600. After the project renovation, the pipeline flow in this section will increase, which will not only improve the heating effect in this heating area, but also make the layout of the pipeline network more reasonable," introduced project manager Shang Jianming. At present, the project is progressing in an orderly manner, and the remaining works will also adhere to giving way to the public and be constructed scientifically and reasonably, striving to complete all road surface restoration work by the end of August.
"The excavation of multiple sections for the heating project has brought us some inconvenience in travel, but this serves the people and solves our heating problems, which is quite practical. We also hope the project will be completed as soon as possible so that we ordinary people can spend the winter warmly," said resident Wang Mei.
Walking into the construction site of the Jining District Urban-Rural Coordination Pressure Isolation Station project at the southwest corner of the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Honghaizi Wei'er Road, mechanical vehicles were running at full power, frontline workers were sweating profusely, and all work was proceeding in an orderly manner. It is understood that the project has a total investment of about 50 million yuan and covers an area of 14.95 mu. After completion, the heat from Jingning Phase II will be supplied to the eastern district after pressure isolation, heat exchange and pressure regulation. While meeting the heating operation needs of the western district, the operating pressure of the heating system in the eastern district will drop by 33%, which will effectively enhance the stability and safety of the district's heating system. At the same time, as the water temperature and pressure of the heat supplied by Jingning Phase II rise, the heating capacity will be further released, increasing by about 4 million square meters.
"By the end of this month we will complete the main structure construction, install the pressure isolation station equipment in mid-July, and then carry out equipment commissioning to ensure normal operation during this year's heating season," said Shi Jianping, project manager of the Jining District Urban-Rural Coordination Pressure Isolation Station of CCCC (Inner Mongolia) Construction Development Co., Ltd. "While ensuring safe production, we will certainly concentrate our efforts, race against time and press ahead with great vigor, so that the project can be completed, put into use and deliver results as early as possible."
