At present, 3 blocked roads have been cleared, 9 are undergoing accelerated work, and the remaining 7, due to continued rainfall and unstable roadbed slopes and other factors, do not meet the conditions for clearing; the sites have been temporarily closed and all vehicles are prohibited from passing.
