New and ongoing projects in Midong District have entered the golden period of construction. Under the premise of ensuring project quality, construction sites are accelerating progress to ensure projects are completed and put into operation on schedule.
On July 8, at the construction site of Xinjiang Shuangxi Shiwang Door Industry Co., Ltd., workers were seen stepping up construction, with the site bustling with activity.
Fu Changjun, the project construction manager, said: "After the project officially broke ground in late April this year, each individual building has been steadily implemented. Now the steel structure construction of the two factory buildings is being accelerated, and the office building has reached the second floor. While ensuring project quality, we will speed up the construction of the factory buildings and office building, complete them on schedule by the end of October as planned, and put the project into operation as early as possible."
It is understood that the project is for the construction of an annual production capacity of 200,000 sets of high-end entrance doors and special doors (windows), with a total investment of more than 20 million yuan.
Yang Jianfa, project manager of Xinjiang Shuangxi Shiwang Door Industry Co., Ltd., said: "At present, all work on the project is progressing steadily. Equipment hoisting and commissioning will be carried out at the end of this year, and production will begin in early 2025. The annual output value is expected to reach about 30 million yuan."
At the construction site of the Xinjiang prefabricated steel structure components and steel structure bridge production and construction project, construction workers were cooperating with each other to complete the work before tying the formwork supports on the pile foundations.
Mustapa Yimamu, the project construction manager, said: "The office building officially broke ground on July 1 this year. At present, the pile foundations and other foundation work have all been completed, and the next stage of construction will follow immediately. Our building materials entered the site in advance, and every construction stage is being accelerated under the premise of ensuring quality and safety. The main structure is planned to be completed in October this year."
According to reports, the project has a total investment of 100 million yuan. In October last year, the construction of three production workshops was completed.
Baturjan Sulaiman, general manager of Xinjiang Tingzhouyuan Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., said: "In August this year, equipment can enter the factory for installation and commissioning, and trial production is planned for the end of September. After official production is expected to begin in October, the annual output value is expected to reach more than 90 million yuan, providing diversified steel structure products for project construction across the autonomous region and contributing to the economic development of Midong District."
