The Notice makes a comprehensive, systematic, and scientific plan and deployment for urban construction archive management in the new period from five aspects: improving the urban construction archive transfer work system, implementing the responsibilities of all parties in the collection, organization, and transfer of construction project archives, strengthening scientific and technological empowerment, improving service capacity, and strengthening organizational guarantees. It also puts forward a series of innovative measures in response to new situations and new environments such as the reform of the construction project approval system, the improvement and optimization of the business environment, and the strengthening of data sharing, which we need to fully implement in our work practice.

Establishing and improving working mechanisms is the foundation for doing a good job in urban construction archive management.
