Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Notice on Issuing the Electronic Certificate Standards and the Electronic Certificate Collection and Sharing Business Procedures for Qualification Certificates of Construction Engineering Quality Testing Institutions." The notice requires that all localities attach great importance to this work and, in accordance with the requirements, complete the construction of new systems or the upgrading and transformation of existing systems before the expiration of the transition period between the old and new qualification standards for construction engineering quality testing institutions, ensure proper connection with the National Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Information Platform, and achieve the application of electronic qualification certificates for construction engineering quality testing institutions, including production, coding, and issuance, so as to form a nationally unified electronic certificate format. Data sharing shall be strengthened by uploading electronic certificate data in real time to the National Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Information Platform, and, relying on the National Integrated Government Service Platform, mutual recognition of electronic qualification certificates for construction engineering quality testing institutions shall be promoted.
