In recent years, Xihe County has thoroughly implemented the spirit of provincial and municipal investment promotion initiatives, focused on the needs of people's livelihood development, optimized the county's business environment, and, building on its own development advantages, used major project construction as a guide, so that various projects benefiting and serving the people have blossomed throughout Xihe County.
Stepping into the Mengxiang Amusement Park in Xihe County, one sees a sparkling swimming pool, a colorful children's castle, a children's water park with "water splashing everywhere," a uniquely styled restaurant, and spacious, bright guest rooms; more than 10 nimble staff members move among them, busy with cleaning work.
"Our Xihe Mengxiang Water World is Phase I of the overall project, including a swimming pool, swimming training, a children's water park, a children's naughty castle, homestay lodging, dining, and other leisure and entertainment projects. Up to now it has been fully completed, all facilities have been debugged, and it is about to open for business," introduced Liu Yan, a staff member of the Xihe County Mengxiang Amusement Park. The Xihe County Mengxiang Amusement Park project is one of Xihe County's major projects in the first quarter of 2023. With a planned construction land area of more than 30 mu and a total investment of 60 million yuan, it is a large-scale project integrating lodging, entertainment, dining, training, and outdoor leisure tourism. The construction period is divided into two phases. Phase I covers more than 10 mu and mainly includes indoor venues such as a natatorium, a swimming training center, a children's water park, a naughty castle, lodging, and dining and leisure facilities. Phase II consists mainly of outdoor projects and is currently in the planning stage. After the entire project is completed, it can simultaneously accommodate dining and lodging needs for more than 1,000 people, generate annual profit revenue of more than 3 million yuan, provide more than 60 local jobs, and at the same time drive local economic development and increase tourism revenue, with obvious social benefits.
In recent years, Xihe County has based itself on its own development reality, proactively broadened investment promotion channels, integrated resources from all sides, adopted multiple methods, and actively carried out multi-level and high-frequency investment promotion activities, introducing many livelihood projects and laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of Xihe County's economy.
