Recently, Guangzhou held a training session on the implementation of the "Multi-Measurement Integration" reform. The Panyu Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau organized more than 70 participants, including technical personnel from its main departments (units) and relevant staff from 34 surveying and mapping service units engaged in surveying and mapping activities in Panyu District.
It is understood that, in accordance with the unified work arrangements of the national, provincial, and municipal governments, and to continuously optimize the business environment, Guangzhou has been persistently advancing the "Multi-Measurement Integration" reform in recent years. The implementation of "Multi-Measurement Integration" for engineering construction projects is divided into three stages: the project initiation and land use permit stage (surveying for boundary demarcation and parcel surveying), the engineering permit stage (construction project planning setting-out survey and property pre-surveying), and the completion acceptance stage (planning condition verification surveying, civil air defense acceptance surveying, and real estate (housing) surveying). Each stage is integrated into a single comprehensive surveying and mapping business, achieving "one commission, shared results" and helping to improve the approval efficiency of engineering construction projects.
This training session provided an in-depth interpretation of the "Implementation Plan for Innovating the Business Environment and Promoting Multi-Measurement Integration in Guangzhou" and the "Technical Regulations for Multi-Measurement Integration in Engineering Construction Projects." It also introduced in detail the functional processes and operating methods of the Multi-Measurement Integration information management platform, further clarifying requirements for operational techniques, quality inspection, and surveying and mapping results under Multi-Measurement Integration, thereby laying a solid foundation for relevant approval departments and surveying and mapping service units to correctly master the entire process of operation.
The Panyu Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau will continue to deepen the effectiveness of the Multi-Measurement Integration reform, continuously improve the efficiency of surveying and mapping services for engineering construction projects and the sharing efficiency of surveying and mapping results, strive to achieve the goal of "more data running, less legwork for the public," and effectively promote the high-quality development of the surveying and mapping geographic information sector in Panyu District.
