In order to adapt to economic development under the new situation and upgrade and innovate traditional industries, the Ruzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, sizing up the situation and seizing the opportunity, re-planned the Ruzhou End-of-Life Motor Vehicle Circular Economy Industrial Park Project.
　　It is understood that the project plans a total investment of 3 billion yuan. The first phase covers 462 mu, with an investment of 800 million yuan, and the construction of 21 standardized factory buildings with a total construction area of 180,000 square meters; the second phase is planned to cover 1,000 mu, with an investment of 2.2 billion yuan, to build processing, treatment and remanufacturing of the five major assemblies of automobiles, forming a complete chain for the circular utilization of end-of-life vehicle dismantling, and will focus on investing in lithium battery recycling and remanufacturing, cooperating with leading enterprises in the domestic industry and scientific research institutions, introducing high and new technologies, and building a new industrial park integrating information, environmental protection, science and technology, industry, scale and standardization.
　　After the project is completed, it can absorb and accommodate more than 200 end-of-life motor vehicle dismantling businesses, dismantle more than 200,000 end-of-life motor vehicles annually, achieve an output value of 1.7 billion yuan, pay taxes of 250 million yuan, and will drive a large number of practitioners to stable employment.
　　"In order to avoid construction delays caused by the flood season, all departments at our construction site are accelerating the construction progress." According to Yang Leijie, person in charge of construction of the Ruhe Renewable Resources Project, the site invests more than 30 large pieces of equipment every day, including cranes, road rollers, excavators and transport vehicles, and more than 90 workers carry out construction in an orderly manner with the cooperation of machinery. According to the current construction progress, if the weather is not affected, it is expected that the first batch of construction projects can be completed before the end of this month.
