Recently, at the construction site of the Shekou Net Valley infrastructure project in the Gui'an New Area High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the Gui'an Shekou Net Valley Project), workers were seen operating multiple large pieces of machinery to carry out site leveling for the project, laying the foundation for subsequent construction.
It is reported that the Gui'an Shekou Net Valley Project is jointly built by Gui'an Development Group and China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. It covers a planned area of 523 mu and is one of the "Three Valleys" projects in Gui'an New Area (Aviation Valley, China Electronics Optics Valley, and Shekou Net Valley). The project's construction content includes planned R&D office buildings, single-story steel-structure factory buildings, multi-story reinforced-concrete factory buildings, and dormitories. The overall plan is to build 24 steel-structure factory buildings, each with a story height designed at 9.8 to 12.8 meters and a floor area of approximately 4,000 to 6,000 square meters, as well as 7 multi-story factory buildings with a floor area of approximately 2,800 to 4,200 square meters.
"The project is developed and built in two phases overall and is expected to be fully completed by June 2026. Once completed, it will be used to develop industries such as electronic information manufacturing, intelligent equipment manufacturing, and new energy and new materials," said a relevant person in charge of Guizhou Zhaozhu Industrial Operation Management Co., Ltd. At present, the project is strictly following the principles of high-standard, high-quality, and safe development and construction, scientifically coordinating construction resources, and investing substantial manpower and material resources to work hard and move fast. It is expected that after the earthwork filling and hauling work is completed in July, building construction will begin, with efforts to achieve delivery of the first phase in the second quarter of 2025.
Currently, Gui'an New Area is continuing to deepen East-West cooperation and consolidate central-local cooperation, vigorously advancing project construction, and combining project construction with investment promotion to steadily move forward. It is understood that, based on the "Greater Bay Area + Guizhou" strategy, the Gui'an Shekou Net Valley Project has established contact with more than 20 advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises, with good progress.
