Anqiu City has stepped up factor guarantees and services for projects, coordinated development and security, and ensured the safe and steady progress of all key projects.
At the construction site of the Kute C2M Industrial Internet Garment Pilot Factory project, five individual works are being advanced simultaneously. With a total investment of 350 million yuan, the project adopts a new flexible smart supply chain model and, through a big data platform, connects customer demand directly to the smart factory. Once completed, the project will have an annual production capacity of 3 million sets (pieces) of high-end custom garments and other products, achieving intelligent manufacturing that combines personalized high-end apparel with large-scale assembly-line production.
Sun Lele, construction manager of Kute Intelligent (Shandong) Co., Ltd., introduced that the project includes Workshop No. 1, Workshop No. 2, Equipment Room No. 3, Canteen No. 6 and Dormitory Building No. 7, all of which are now proceeding as scheduled, with the main structures scheduled for completion acceptance on September 30.
The Jingyehui-CostcoPet (Weifang) Pet Industry Park, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan and covering 1,000 mu, is being built to high specifications as the largest comprehensive pet industry park in the area north of the Yangtze River. Relying on JD.com and Tencent's big data resources, *** laboratories and a 10-billion-yuan industrial fund, it will precisely attract leading pet food enterprises from home and abroad. Once completed, it will form a 30-billion-yuan industrial cluster and build a capital of the pet food industry. The project is being built in four phases; Phase I covers 220 mu with a floor area of about 120,000 square meters. Currently, five industry-leading enterprises and seven provincial leading enterprises have reached intentions to move in.
Phase I of the project consists of 22 individual buildings, including 10 steel-structure workshops and 12 frame-structure workshops. Eleven workshops are currently under construction, of which Frame Workshop No. 1 has already been put into use; Frame Workshops No. 16, 17, 19 and 20 have topped out; Frame Workshop No. 21 has completed its secondary structure; Frame Workshop No. 22 has completed pouring of its first-floor slab; Steel-structure Workshops No. 4 and 5 have completed pouring of foundation columns and backfilling; Steel-structure Workshop No. 8 has completed pouring of its cushion layer; and Steel-structure Workshop No. 11 has completed its main frame. The entire park project is scheduled to be put into use on October 30.
According to reports, from January to May, Anqiu City newly signed 41 projects each worth over 100 million yuan, with a total investment of 18.559 billion yuan, adding strong momentum to high-quality economic and social development. At present, departments in all towns and subdistricts of Anqiu City are proactively providing services, strengthening land guarantees, improving approval services, strictly implementing policies, regularly visiting and contacting enterprises, helping coordinate and resolve practical problems encountered by enterprises, and going all out to support and guarantee the city's key project construction.
