As one of the major industrialization projects in the area, the "Belt and Road" Import and Export Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center project will soon reach an important construction milestone this month—the auxiliary tower will be topped out within this month.
It is reported that the "Belt and Road" Import and Export Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center project uses "Belt and Road" exhibition and sales as its engine and integrates functions including an exhibition and trading center, an international conference center, a performing arts center, a five-star hotel, headquarters offices, a boutique hotel, talent apartments, a neighborhood commercial center, and a civic cultural center.
"The project covers 181 mu, with a total construction area of about 420,000 square meters. The project mainly consists of three main buildings: the main tower, the auxiliary tower, and the commodity exhibition and sales center. The project's functional formats are mainly divided into two parts: the 'Belt and Road' Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center and the 'Belt and Road' International Communication Center," introduced the project manager.
On the design drawings, the reporter saw that the main and auxiliary towers face each other diagonally, like a raised sail, carrying the great ship of the trading center as it cleaves through the waves and sets sail. The elegant and graceful architectural form is as flowing as silk. "The entire project has a large construction volume and high building difficulty. At present, we are going all out to rush the schedule and accelerate progress. The auxiliary tower will complete topping out within this month, and it is also the ** project in this building complex to be topped out," said the person in charge.

In the Jianyang Airport Economic Industrial Park, the China Smart Logistics Network Chengdu Jianyang Project has reached an important construction milestone. The reporter saw that the main structure of the modern warehousing base has been topped out. Workers are stepping up exterior installation.
"The project has a construction area of about 79,000 square meters. Since construction started in March last year, by increasing labor input, carrying out simultaneous construction on multiple work fronts, and extending working hours, we have rushed the schedule and grasped progress. Under the premise of ensuring worker safety and project quality, we have done everything possible to accelerate project construction. According to the current construction progress, the project is expected to be completed and delivered in September," introduced the relevant person in charge of the project construction party.
It is reported that the China Smart Logistics Network Chengdu Jianyang Project has a total investment of 520 million yuan and is planned to build a regional e-commerce enterprise headquarters base, a warehousing and distribution hub center, a smart terminal and regional express headquarters, an e-commerce (cross-border e-commerce) warehousing service center, and an aviation sorting center. After the project is completed, the daily parcel sorting volume can reach 80,000 pieces, and it can provide more than 1,300 jobs for Jianyang and even the Sichuan-Chongqing region, playing a positive role in enhancing Jianyang's industrial development capacity.
