Recently, the "Jianhua Engineering Award" Ceremony and Industrialized Precast Concrete Technology Exchange Conference was grandly held in Beijing. Thirty academicians and more than 500 experts and award-winning representatives from all over the country attended this grand event. Sunward Intelligent's achievement "Key Technology and Application of Pre-bored Static Pile Driving for Precast Concrete Piles" won the second prize of the 2022 "Jianhua Engineering Award," with academicians Jiang Huancheng and Wang Jingquan presenting the award jointly.

The pre-bored pile driving machine is a new type of precast pile construction equipment independently innovated and developed by Sunward Intelligent on the basis of absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies and more than 20 years of experience in static pile driver design. It is a first in China, a pile foundation construction equipment with Chinese characteristics, and the world's first engineering machinery capable of pile driving under geological conditions such as soft strata, sand layers, and pebble layers. It can both drive piles and pre-bore then drive piles, serving multiple purposes in one machine, with good site adaptability and high construction efficiency; all performance indicators have reached the international advanced level.

This achievement has been widely applied in major projects at home and abroad. In 2023, five Sunward Intelligent ZYJ1060BK-II pre-bored static pile drivers were shipped across the Pacific to Colombia, fully supporting the construction of Bogota Metro Line 1. At present, the equipment is operating with good efficiency, ensuring the construction schedule and ensuring that foundation construction proceeds smoothly according to the expected progress and standards.

Domestically, the Puyang to Provincial Boundary section of the Zhengzhou-Jinan High-Speed Railway project is the first project in China in which Sunward Intelligent applied the pre-bored static pile driving method for high-speed railway bridge pile construction, and it is also the first time large-diameter precast piles have been used in a high-speed railway project, which is of milestone significance. This super equipment set a construction record of 120 meters of pile driving per shift in complex strata, while avoiding the noise and environmental pollution caused by traditional construction methods, generating good economic and social benefits.

It is reported that the "Jianhua Engineering Award" is not only an industry science and technology award in China's concrete and cement products industry, but also the first industry science and technology award in the building materials industry established by an enterprise and recognized by the competent department of the National Science and Technology Award. The award has played an important role in promoting industry innovation and development, advancing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and motivating talent.

The launch of the key technology and equipment for pre-bored static pile driving of precast concrete piles has enriched pile foundation construction methods, promoted the high-quality development of the precast concrete pile industry, and achieved good social and economic benefits throughout the industry. This is the first time Sunward Intelligent has received this honor; winning this award is recognition by the industry of the company's professional technological breakthroughs and innovation, and also marks that the company's overall level of professional technology and main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of comparable domestic technologies.
