Xiamen City's 131 provincial key projects have an annual planned investment of 88.34 billion yuan, with 42.53 billion yuan completed from January to May, accounting for 48.15% of the annual planned investment, exceeding the scheduled progress by 6.47 percentage points and overfulfilling the investment plan.

　　From January to May, an actual investment of 17.91 billion yuan was completed, accounting for 58.15% of the annual planned investment. Among them, the Fujian new beer factory project with an annual production capacity of 400,000 kiloliters (Phase I Heineken 300,000 kiloliters) has completed the construction of its main structure and is currently installing equipment for the brewing and utilities sections.

　　From January to May, an actual investment of 23.61 billion yuan was completed, accounting for 42.38% of the annual planned investment. Among them, the main trestle of Section A1 of the Xiamen-Jinmen Bridge (Xiamen section) has been closed, and the erection of branch trestles and construction of lower pile foundations are underway; Sections A2 and A3 are carrying out offshore dredging and desilting work; Sections A4 and A5 are carrying out seedling relocation, pipeline relocation and modification, and construction of the retaining structure for the shield launching shaft.

　　From January to May, an actual investment of 1.01 billion yuan was completed, accounting for 55.32% of the annual planned investment. Phase II of Xiamen University's Haiyun Campus is currently carrying out main structure and basement engineering construction. Among them, Buildings A and B of the Business School have been constructed to the fourth above-ground floor and the second underground floor, respectively; the Culture and Sports Center Building is carrying out construction of the first underground floor; the Film Academy Building has been constructed to the seventh above-ground floor, with 26% of the overall investment plan completed, and all main structures are expected to be topped out by January 2025.
