Advancing technological transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. In recent years, China has deeply implemented the industrial base reengineering project and major technical equipment research projects, supported the development of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, and promoted a new round of large-scale equipment renewal. These are all important measures for promoting the high-end development of manufacturing. For example, promoting the transformation and upgrading of food processing technology or equipment has effectively promoted the high-end development of the food processing industry, better met the diversified food consumption needs of urban and rural residents, and enhanced the competitiveness of the food processing industry.
