Zhongyan Dadi Wins Second Prize of the 2023 National Technological Invention Award

On June 24, the 2023 National Science and Technology Awards Conference was grandly held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. This was the first time the National Science and Technology Awards had been presented in more than two years since the 2020 conference. Party and state leaders Xi Jinping, Li Qiang and others attended the conference and presented awards to the winning representatives.

The project "Green and Efficient Safety Control Technology for Soft Soil Foundation Pit Engineering under Complex Stress Environments," in which Zhongyan Dadi participated, won the Second Prize of the 2023 National Technological Invention Award. This is the company's first national science and technology award in its history and also the highest recognition of Zhongyan Dadi's technological innovation capabilities. In this project, the company mainly carried out R&D on ultra-deep large-diameter jet grouting pile equipment based on informatized real-time control, high-speed mixing and jetting equipment based on microbubble drag reduction technology, and a series of soft soil solidification materials, overcoming technical challenges such as the unreliable reinforcement quality of deep soft soil masses, and making important contributions to the technical integration and demonstration of the project's main innovative achievements.

The National Science and Technology Award is the highest award in China's science and technology field. Its selection standards are strict, with emphasis on national strategic orientation, adherence to the "Four Orientations," and serving major national strategic needs and making creative contributions as an important principle for nomination and review, strengthening key fields around national strategic needs. Zhongyan Dadi's award this time fully reflects its outstanding contributions in serving national strategic needs.
