On June 25, with the smooth pouring of the final batch of concrete, the continuous girder of the Fuping Grand Bridge crossing Jinping Avenue on the Xi'an-Yan'an High-Speed Railway was successfully closed. This marks another successful closure of a continuous girder on the Fuping Grand Bridge, the longest bridge on the entire Xi'an-Yan'an High-Speed Railway line.

The Fuping Grand Bridge of the Xi'an-Yan'an High-Speed Railway is located within the territory of Weinan City. With a total length of 29.192 kilometers, it is the longest bridge on the entire Xi'an-Yan'an High-Speed Railway line. The bridge comprises 7,419 pile foundations, 888 pile caps, 888 pier shafts, and a total of 8 continuous girder spans. The continuous girder completed in this pouring operation crosses Jinping Avenue, with a girder width of 12.6 meters and a length of 113.5 meters, poured in 17 segments.

The Xi'an-Yan'an High-Speed Railway is the first high-speed railway in the old revolutionary base area of northern Shaanxi. It is an important component of the Baotou (Yinchuan)-Haikou High-Speed Railway corridor within the national high-speed railway network, and together with the planned Xi'an-Chongqing High-Speed Railway, it forms a major north-south corridor. It is also a key constituent of the main framework of Shaanxi Province's "米"-shaped high-speed railway network. The line has a total length of 299.8 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The line is expected to open to traffic in October 2025, at which time the shortest train travel time from Xi'an to Yan'an will be reduced from the current 2 hours and 5 minutes to about 1 hour.
