On June 18, with the smooth hoisting and welding of arch rib segment No. 8, the arch ribs of the tied-arch bridge spanning National Highway G205 on the section between Jiangning Town Station and Jiangning Binjiang Development Zone Station of the Nanjing–Ma'anshan Line were successfully closed. The bridge is designed as a through-type tied-arch bridge, with an oblique span of 140 meters. The closure marks a major breakthrough in the project's construction and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the Nanjing–Ma'anshan urban (suburban) railway.

The arch ribs of the tied-arch bridge were installed using the conventional bracket method, with the entire bridge's arch ribs divided into 15 segments. During construction of this bridge, there was heavy surrounding traffic, high-altitude work was difficult, and the construction schedule was tight. To ensure the smooth closure of the arch ribs, Nanjing Metro organized multiple special meetings, effectively eliminating various safety and quality hazards and laying a solid foundation for the smooth closure of the arch ribs through measures such as scientifically optimizing the traffic diversion plan, strictly controlling the quality of bracket erection, formulating a meticulous measurement and installation process, and refining the arrangement of construction procedures. During the installation process, Nanjing Metro carried out regular special inspections, and technical personnel exercised full-process control, strictly ensuring construction quality and providing adequate technical support for the zero-error closure of the arch ribs.
