　　The annual construction plan for this project is to top out the main structure of 83,000 square meters of commercial and office space. Currently, the partial 4th-floor main structure is under construction.
　　The project is developed and constructed by Xuzhou Huaihai Financial Investment Promotion Development Co., Ltd. It is located north of Kunlun Avenue and south of Xiaozhuang River, with a total investment of 700 million yuan and a land area of 39 mu.
　　Relying on the Huaihai Financial Service Center platform, the project continues the development and construction of Phase I of the Financial Service Center to build an urban complex integrating high-end commerce and a 5A-grade headquarters commercial and office cluster. It will introduce investment promotion system financial resources, gather innovative elements such as "capital, technology, and industry," and create a customized financial headquarters comprehensive project integrating finance, scientific and technological innovation, and commercial office, promoting a new round of upgraded development of Xuzhou's financial industry.

　　The project is developed and constructed by Xuzhou Yunsheng Construction Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. The annual construction plan is to top out the main structure of 58,000 square meters of buildings. Currently, the main structure has been constructed to the 17th floor.
　　The project is located south of the eastern extension of Huangshan Road and west of Mingdi Road, with a land area of 18.6 mu, a building area of approximately 58,000 square meters, and a total investment of 350 million yuan. It will build a scientific research and office project integrating scientific and technological R&D, headquarters economy, and financial services, and will be developed into an industrial demonstration park integrating high-end scientific research offices and the headquarters economy.
　　Yunsheng Digital Center Project; underground structure construction of 4 buildings in Plot W7-8 completed; main structure of 2 buildings in Plot W7-9 topped out
　　The annual construction plan for this project is to complete the main structure acceptance of 118,500 square meters of buildings. At present, the underground structure construction of 4 buildings in Plot W7-8 has been completed, and above-ground main structure construction will proceed, while the remaining buildings are undergoing basement structure construction; the main structure of 2 buildings in Plot W7-9 has been topped out, secondary structure construction is underway, and the main structure of the remaining buildings is under construction.
　　The project is developed and constructed by Xuzhou Yunsheng Construction Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. It is located east of Pengzu Avenue and north of Xiangjiang Road, covering an area of 98.4 mu, with a building area of approximately 118,500 square meters and a total investment of 650 million yuan. Led by the investment promotion system's digital economy industry, the project will be built into a Huaihai Economic Zone digital economy headquarters gathering industrial resources such as Xuzhou's digital economy, value-added consumables, and artificial intelligence.
　　Hejia Hospital Project: Main structure under construction on the 11th floor
　　The annual construction plan for this project is to complete the main structure. Currently, the main structure is under construction on the 11th floor.
　　The project is developed and constructed by Xuzhou Hejia Hospital Co., Ltd. It is located south of Minfu Road, east of Xingyun Road, and west of the Legal System Park, with a land area of 30.41 mu, a building area of approximately 90,000 square meters, and a total investment of 900 million yuan.
　　The hospital is generally divided into modules such as outpatient, medical technology, inpatient, administrative and scientific research, and community health center, with 487 beds. It will be built into a high-level hospital featuring "major obstetrics and gynecology specialty with supporting small comprehensive services," enhancing the level of humanized and intelligent medical services, building a smart hospital, and providing more humanized and intelligent medical services to residents of Xuzhou and even the Huaihai Economic Zone.
　　　Jiangsu Normal University Mathematics Research Institute Project expected to be officially delivered by the end of June
　　The annual construction plan for this project is completion and delivery. At present, completion filing has been completed, and official delivery is expected by the end of June.
　　The project is invested and constructed by Jiangsu Normal University. It is located within the Yunlong Campus, covering an area of 4.82 mu, with a building area of approximately 16,000 square meters and a total investment of 150 million yuan. It will build a mathematics research institute building with 8 floors above ground and 2 floors underground.
　　The Mathematics Research Institute is the main body of mathematics research at Jiangsu Normal University and a platform supporting discipline construction and talent cultivation. The university will introduce one full-time academician, form a team to carry out research in fields such as "Internet Plus" and big data intelligence, undertake talent cultivation tasks, and produce original scientific research results, which will play an important promoting and driving role in enhancing Xuzhou's innovation-driven industrial development.
　　Dalonghu Caiyunli Project: Buildings 11-18 undergoing environmental testing and energy-saving acceptance
　　The annual plan for this project is completion filing and delivery of commercial and industrial park offices. Currently, Buildings 11-18 are undergoing environmental testing and energy-saving acceptance, and Building 19 is undergoing indoor and outdoor construction.
　　The project is developed and constructed by Xuzhou Zhongyin Real Estate Co., Ltd. It is located south of Fuchun Road, west of Hanfeng Road, and north of Qiantang Road, with a land area of approximately 99 mu, a total building area of approximately 99,000 square meters, and a total investment of 650 million yuan.
　　The project integrates apartment-style offices, a five-star hotel, 5A Grade-A office buildings, and experiential commerce, developing and creating a high-grade, people-gathering, business-opportunity-gathering, and eco-friendly urban complex. Upon completion, it will become a new carrier and lever for gathering people, business opportunities, and innovation and entrepreneurship elements in the southern section of the new urban area, and will add a uniquely characteristic cultural tourism supporting experience venue around the Dalonghu scenic area.

　　The project passed completion acceptance in early June. Currently, a number of technology-based enterprises intend to move in.
　　The project is invested and constructed by Xuzhou Jinwei Real Estate Co., Ltd. It is located north of Yunxiang Road and east of Qingfeng Road, with a building area of 30,000 square meters and a total investment of 250 million yuan. It will build a scientific research and office project integrating scientific and technological R&D, headquarters economy, and financial services. After operation, it will coordinate with the overall industrial layout of the "Yunlong Science and Innovation Park" to build an integrated urban industry.
