Recently, high-end rotary drilling rigs on Caterpillar chassis manufactured by Jiangsu Tysim Machinery Co., Ltd. The project is led by Nurlybek Nalibayev, Governor of Kyzylorda Region, and jointly promoted with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, aiming to address the region's outdated power generation facilities.

The construction of the power plant involves a total investment of 215 billion tenge (approximately RMB 3.35 billion) and is expected to be put into operation in 2025 with a generating capacity of 240 MW. This modern power generation facility will greatly alleviate the energy shortage in Kyzylorda Region.
