In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Measures for Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards" and its implementing rules, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology carried out the 2023 Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Award discipline (specialty) review. Through online review and panel review, a total of 208 proposed candidate projects were produced for awards including the Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Award, Natural Science Award, Technological Invention Award, and Science and Technology Progress Award. The proposed candidate projects are hereby publicly announced. The public announcement period is from June 17 to June 28, 2024 (10 working days). The Highest Science and Technology Award and the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award have not undergone discipline (specialty) review and are not included in this round of public announcement.

If there are any objections to the content, completing units, personnel, etc. of the announced projects, please submit a written objection application, provide the necessary supporting materials, and send them to the Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Award Office. For verification purposes, individuals raising objections must identify themselves, and units raising objections shall affix their official seals and provide valid contact information. Objections raised beyond the public announcement period or anonymously will not be accepted.
