Since the beginning of this year, Nanshahe Town in Tengzhou has, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the "Year of Landing and Achieving Results for Key Projects," established systems such as "front-line training + dynamic adjustment + multi-post exercise" and "department-level cadres overseeing areas and projects, and government cadres stationed at points in villages," innovatively added posts such as grassroots Party building instructors and village-enterprise co-construction liaison officers, and dynamically adjusted more than 80 people to go down to the front line to tackle key problems. It has formed dedicated teams of 16 people for investment promotion, 32 people for project assistance, and 24 people for enterprise cultivation, pushing cadres to temper themselves in industry classrooms and at project sites. In the past three years, it has attracted and landed 6 projects of over 1 billion yuan and 8 projects of over 100 million yuan, cultivated and added 36 "Four Above" enterprises, and implemented more than 30 key engineering projects annually on average.
As a provincial major project and a Zaozhuang characteristic town project, the Haipeng high-end ultra-large five-axis CNC gantry machine tool and high-end ultra-large CNC floor-type boring and milling composite machining center project will build a 26,000 ㎡ digital intelligent assembly workshop and a 16,000 ㎡ constant-temperature workshop. Once completed, it can achieve an annual output of more than 150 ultra-large CNC machine tools, filling the gap in Tengzhou's production of high-end ultra-large and ultra-heavy CNC machine tools.
