Recently, the main structure of Zone 1 of Yindu Road Station on Section 20 of the Jiamin Line of the Shanghai Suburban Railway, invested in and constructed by Shanghai Shentie and built by China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group, was successfully topped out, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the station's main structure.

Yindu Road Station is located at the intersection of Yindu Road and Humin Highway in Minhang District, arranged in a north-south direction along Humin Road. It is an underground two-story island-type station with a total length of 829.2 meters and a standard section width of 21.8 meters, featuring 5 entrances and exits and 3 sets of ventilation pavilions. The excavation depth of the station's main foundation pit ranges from 21.1 meters to 24.9 meters, and construction is divided into 4 zones, of which the Zone 1 foundation pit is about 157.5 meters long and about 20.5 meters deep.

Under the overall deployment and advance organization of Shanghai Shentie, the project team, together with all participating units, worked in unison to overcome difficulties, strictly pursued safety and quality, and overcame unfavorable factors such as the great difficulty of deformation control for the long and deep foundation pit, the numerous buildings (structures) and various pipelines around the project site, and the heavy traffic volume. During construction, risk control was strictly implemented and various preventive measures were carried out, ensuring the successful topping out of the main structure of Zone 1 of the station.

In the next stage, the project team will continue to strengthen on-site management and reasonably arrange the construction plan to ensure the orderly progress of the project.

The Jiamin Line has a total length of 44.04 kilometers, passing through the two administrative districts of Jiading and Minhang, with 15 stations across the entire line and a maximum operating speed of 160 kilometers per hour. According to the plan, it is an important north-south main axis trunk line in Shanghai's suburban railway network, a major line connecting important new towns and transportation hubs such as Jiading New Town, Hongqiao Hub, and Minhang, and also an important component of the "Yangtze River Delta on Rails." After the project is completed, it will achieve interconnection with the Airport Link Line, greatly ease the pressure of passenger distribution at Hongqiao Hub, and become a new engine driving the economy of western Shanghai.
