　　Zhang Huijun, safety director of the Taigang Pharmaceutical project: "We have readjusted the workers' work and rest schedule. The morning session basically ends around 10:30, and in the afternoon we have them come after 3 o'clock and finish around 7:30, so they can basically rest. This way we stagger the midday high-temperature period."
　　There are "cool" measures for persisting through high temperatures, and engineering construction does not stop. At the construction site of the Kunze Pharmaceutical heparin series product industrialization project, there is also a busy scene. Facing the impact of high temperatures, the construction unit scientifically organizes personnel and machinery to carry out construction operations. The project adopts staggered construction and other methods to relieve the pressure of working in high temperatures while making every effort to advance project construction "without slowing down."

　　In recent days, Heze City has entered a high-temperature mode, but at the Dingtao beam fabrication yard of Section 13 of the Xiongshang High-Speed Railway, nearly 300 workers are carrying out construction simultaneously, pressing ahead with rebar tying. In order not to delay the project schedule, the workers arrive at the site at four or five o'clock every morning to start their day's work.

　　Under high-temperature weather, to ensure the construction safety of workers, the project department has also carefully prepared heatstroke-prevention and cooling supplies, distributed them to every worker, and specially set up a tea and rest room to safeguard their health.
　　Pan Yongfei, a worker at the Dingtao beam fabrication yard of Section 13 of the Xiongshang High-Speed Railway: "When we are tired from work, we can go to the rest room, eat some watermelon, drink some beverages, and take a short break, which can relieve our fatigue and the heat."
