　　Recently, visiting the construction site of the Dacun Town Baijiu Brewing Cultural Tourism Industrial Park project, we learned that the underground portions of three production workshops have been completed, and earth-moving trucks shuttled back and forth fully loaded with soil, presenting a bustling scene of vigorous construction.
　　"Since the project broke ground in April, while strictly controlling construction quality, we have raced against time to make progress, and everything is currently proceeding on schedule in an orderly manner," said Diao Chungang, the project manager. At present, more than 150 workers are involved in the construction, and everyone will overcome unfavorable factors such as heavy summer rainfall to fully ensure that the project completes the underground foundation construction by mid-July.
　　As a typical representative of revitalizing idle resources, the Dacun Town Baijiu Brewing Cultural Tourism Industrial Park project covers an area of 71.24 mu (Phase I covers 51.26 mu), with a total investment of approximately 500 million yuan. It mainly includes a baijiu production base and tourism service facilities such as a museum, homestays, and dining, and is planned to build five standardized factory buildings including a fermentation workshop and a distillation workshop, along with four production lines for original baijiu. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual operating revenue of 142 million yuan and create employment for 400 people.

　　New factory buildings under construction, enterprise production capacity expanded
　　"In March this year, we completed the construction of a 2,500-square-meter warehouse and put it into use, mainly for centralized storage of raw materials and finished products. The office building project has also been completed and is currently still in the internal decoration planning stage," introduced Ding Zengjun, head of Qingdao Qianyiheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. Qingdao Qianyiheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the processing and reuse of recycled wood products, and is expected to recycle and utilize 100,000 tons of waste wooden garbage each year, produce 200,000 cubic meters of high-specification wooden packaging boards, and save 120,000 cubic meters of timber forests, with an output value of about 40 million yuan in 2023.
　　"After the new warehouse is completed, we will readjust the existing production site, and the enterprise's production capacity will be further enhanced, while some of the optimized production workshops will be converted into workshops for producing prefabricated building materials," said Ding Zengjun. So-called prefabricated buildings refer to transferring a large amount of on-site work in traditional construction methods to factories, which not only has the advantages of environmental protection, speed, and short construction periods, but also better meets the requirements of "green buildings" under the new situation; the construction site is like assembling "building blocks," with fast assembly speed and high construction efficiency. "After years of technological research, we have mastered the core technology for producing lightweight partition panels used in prefabricated buildings and have applied for a patent. At present, the production equipment is being installed and debugged. After the project construction is completed, the annual output value is expected to reach more than 100 million yuan," said Ding Zengjun.
　　"Shop assistant" service comes to the door, boosting project speed
　　The main structure of Workshop No. 1 of the Xinshengtai Intelligent Marine Equipment Components R&D and Production Project located in Liwuguan has been completed, and outdoor and perimeter wall construction is underway. According to the plan, the next stage will involve foundation excavation and main structure construction for Workshop No. 2. "During the project construction, the Party Committee and Government of Dacun Town provided us with great help. Due to construction of nearby electrical facilities, the high-voltage equipment on the west side of the project had to be relocated, which had a major impact on construction. After learning of this, the town's Economic Development Center immediately contacted the power supply station and connected a new high-voltage line from the east side of the project. The electricity problem for project construction was quickly resolved, ensuring that the project could proceed on schedule," said the head of the Xinshengtai Intelligent Marine Equipment Components R&D and Production Project, expressing gratitude to the relevant person in charge of the town government when speaking about the project's construction.
