Yongxing County adheres to the orientation of high-quality development, takes project construction as the core, focuses on industrial optimization and upgrading, infrastructure improvement, and the enhancement of people's livelihood and well-being, accelerates the advancement of major engineering projects, and has achieved remarkable progress in the construction of key provincial and municipal projects and "Red Book" projects.
　　Since the beginning of this year, the county has arranged a total of 158 key construction projects, with a total investment of 39.054 billion yuan. Among them, there are 23 key provincial and municipal projects, with a total investment of 20.799 billion yuan. Up to now, these key projects have progressed smoothly overall, and both the commencement rate and the investment rate have remained at a relatively high level.
　　From January to April, the county's key projects completed an investment of 7.26 billion yuan, accounting for 46.24% of the annual plan, showing strong investment momentum. The "Red Book" projects include 43 sub-projects in 9 major categories, covering not only a number of key provincial and municipal projects but also a number of emerging industry fields. The implementation of these projects has not only promoted industrial upgrading and transformation across the county but also injected new momentum into the high-quality development of the county economy.
　　In the second half of the year, Yongxing County will fully leverage the coordinating, supervisory, and guiding roles of the various special task teams, strengthen coordination on key indicators and key policies, and enhance monitoring and early warning to ensure the steady progress of project construction.
　　In order to effectively improve the commencement rate, completion rate, and production attainment rate of projects, Yongxing County will tighten the responsibilities of departments responsible for factor guarantees, strengthen supervision over project advancement, ensure that the project commencement rate reaches 100% in July, strive to achieve the goal of "half the time elapsed, half the tasks completed," and lay a solid foundation for the annual economic and social development goals.
