A reporter recently learned from Chengdu Eastern New Area that since entering June, Chengdu Eastern New Area has been pressing ahead with key projects, and a number of high-level key projects have refreshed their "progress bars."
　Rail Transit Intelligent Equipment Project; expected to officially go into production in July
Walking onto the project site, production materials inside the spacious factory buildings are neatly arranged, and the equipped production lines are ready to start... According to reports, the Rail Transit Intelligent Equipment and Building Materials R&D and Manufacturing Project, located in Jianzhou New Town of Chengdu Eastern New Area, covers an area of more than 800 mu and has now been completed as a whole.
The project is invested in and constructed by Sichuan Shudao Construction Technology Co., Ltd. and is a key construction project of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City for 2023. The relevant person in charge at the site introduced that the parallel acceptance inspection of the production lines is currently being advanced. "The equipment has been debugged and put in place, and we are preparing to start trial production, with official production expected in July."
It is understood that the project will focus on five major sections—the *** enterprise technology center platform and technology exchange center, railway transportation components, housing prefabricated components, highway transportation and municipal components, and new building materials—and will invest in and build 15 product production lines, striving to create a specialized industrial integration center integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and service, namely "new building materials + prefabricated building components and parts + concrete technology."
At the same time, the Jianzhou New Town Intelligent Manufacturing Factory Project of Sichuan Aerospace Shiyuan Technology Co., Ltd., located in Shipan Subdistrict of Chengdu Eastern New Area, is steadily advancing according to the construction schedule. "Foundation construction has been completed for the comprehensive factory building and auxiliary buildings, and foundation construction for the production plant is being comprehensively advanced, with all foundation construction expected to be completed before the end of June," introduced the relevant person in charge of project construction.
It is reported that the project has a total investment of 350 million yuan. After completion, the R&D headquarters and production lines of Sichuan Aerospace Shiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. will be relocated as a whole to Jianzhou New Town of Chengdu Eastern New Area, and on the basis of an annual production capacity of 2 million automotive engine water pumps, 600,000 oil pumps, 500,000 silicone oil fan clutches, and 500,000 sets of supporting functional parts, capacity will be expanded to an annual production of 3.8 million automotive engine water pumps, 1.7 million oil pumps, 1.7 million new energy vehicle electronic water pumps, and 1 million new energy vehicle oil pumps.
　　Jianzhou New Town Distribution Center Project; striving for completion before the end of this year
As an important livelihood and social undertaking project in Jianzhou New Town, the main construction of the Jianzhou New Town Distribution Center has been basically completed, and project finalization is underway, with completion strived for before the end of this year. It is understood that the Jianzhou New Town Distribution Center Project covers about 81 mu, and its construction content includes a city square, parking lot, smart city control center, and other municipal infrastructure supporting facilities.
The relevant person in charge of Chengdu Eastern New Area stated that after the project is put into use, it will further improve the comprehensive urban service capacity of the surrounding areas, meet the needs of residents in the area for commercial, parking, and other supporting facilities, and help Jianzhou New Town build a more convenient and efficient urban life circle.
At the same time, the Jianzhou New Town New Industrial Community Project has also made new progress. "At present, the main construction of the project has been completed, and construction of exterior wall coatings and outdoor landscaping and general site works is being accelerated," said the project manager, adding that they strive to complete all outdoor landscaping works before the end of June and complete the completion acceptance of the entire project before August. It is understood that the project is adjacent to the Chengdu-Jianyang Expressway, the Chenglong-Jianyang Expressway, and the Longma Lake Central Vitality Zone, with an overall planned area of about 1,100 mu, which can meet the comprehensive needs of about 60,000 industrial workers for living, office work, entertainment, and other purposes. Among them, Phase I of the project (Section I) consists of multiple high-rise residential buildings, apartment buildings, and supporting facilities, and can accommodate more than 5,000 people for living.
