On June 4, at the construction site of the Shanshui Bokang Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Industry Park project located in Wangfu Subdistrict, construction workers were stepping up ground leveling and secondary structure construction for each building's main structure. "We are working overtime to race against the schedule, speed up progress, and ensure quality. At present, Buildings No. 7 and No. 8 are undergoing ground backfilling, and Buildings No. 3 and No. 4 have begun secondary structure infill construction," introduced Shao Qiangwei, manager of the company's planning department.

"These four buildings mainly house the Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Center, the operating company, the Health Food Center, the Food for Special Medical Purposes Processing Center, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Plant Characteristic Beverage Processing facility, and are also equipped with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Innovation Inspection Research Institute, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Scientific Research and Innovation Center, and the marketing segment," said Shao Qiangwei.
　　At the same time, in combination with the cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials, the project is developing a 10,000-mu traditional Chinese medicine planting base integrating planting, sightseeing, picking, homestay, health care, and conditioning, creating a new four-in-one coordinated development model of "company + base + farmers + market" to comprehensively promote the development of Qingzhou's health care industry.
　　"This spring, more than 1,200 mu of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Platycodon grandiflorus, mugwort leaves, hawthorn, honeysuckle, and other crops have been planted, and it is expected that more than 2,000 mu can be planted this year," said Shao Qiangwei. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 10,000 tons of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, 50,000 tons of fresh-processed Chinese medicinal materials, an annual extraction capacity of 1,200 tons, and an annual output of 3 million bottles of mixtures, driving employment for more than 3,000 people in the surrounding area.

Qingzhou City adheres to the principle of prioritizing projects and focusing on implementation, seizes the "golden period" of construction, makes every effort to drive key project construction to run at "accelerated speed," and gathers new momentum for high-quality development.
　　At the construction site of the Delian Phase II Compound Fertilizer project, a key project in Weifang City, construction of the tower-type melt granulation production line, which is 20 meters in diameter and more than 100 meters high, is already more than halfway complete. Various machines are running continuously, workers are constructing intensively, and the site is busy yet orderly.
　　The Delian Phase II Compound Fertilizer project has a total investment of 400 million yuan. It mainly builds two domestically advanced tower-type melt granulation production lines and about 26,000 square meters of production and warehousing workshops. After the project is completed and put into production, it will reach a production capacity of 2,000 tons of compound fertilizer per day.
　　The interior of the high-tower construction is hollow, the working surface is high, and there are many construction difficulties. To ensure the safe and orderly progress of the project, the project owner has increased investment in personnel and machinery, arranged cross-shift operations, and made every effort to guarantee the project schedule. "Now all construction parties are working overtime, especially the high-tower project, which operates continuously 24 hours a day, to complete the project as soon as possible. The production workshop is expected to be completed by the end of June, and installation of production equipment will begin in July," said Qu Chunxiang, the person in charge of project construction.
　　Adhering to the concept that "seizing projects means seizing development, and planning projects means planning the future," since the beginning of this year, Qingzhou City has planned and reserved 187 key projects, of which 2 projects were selected as major projects of the province, 10 projects were selected as provincial green, low-carbon, and high-quality development projects, and 20 projects were listed as key projects of Weifang City. The city has strengthened factor guarantees, continued to advance the construction of key industrial projects, established a database of key industrial projects, implemented tracking, contracting, and support for the projects, strengthened scheduling and promotion, and stepped up efforts to make breakthroughs in project construction. From January to April this year, 32 provincial and municipal key projects completed a total investment of 2.99 billion yuan, accounting for 36.5% of the annual planned investment.
