On the other hand, 130 old residential communities in the urban area will be renovated this year. At present, 28 old residential communities are under renovation, and 17 have been completed. At the same time, seven roads have been completed, including Yanhe Road (Taoyuan Road-Baihewan Road), the planned road on the north side of Zhongxing School, Beihuan Road, and Bali West Road; four roads—Xinglong Road, Xihuan First Road, Donghuan Second Road, and Xihuan Third Road—are under construction; and in conjunction with urban district offices, the renovation of 60 back streets and alleys is being actively promoted. In addition, 20.59 million yuan has been invested to implement rain and sewage diversion renovation in Hongqi Garment Factory and its surrounding areas, and 51.42 million yuan has been invested to implement pipeline network renovation in the Sifang Industrial Park area; the greening renewal and quality improvement tasks for Jianshe Road, Xinhua Road, and the entrance road to Meigui Sea Scenic Area have been completed, five "pocket parks" have been built, and more than 20,000 square meters of green space have been added; water and gas supply guarantees have been strengthened, with 4.5 kilometers of new main water supply pipelines and 10 kilometers of medium-pressure gas pipelines built, and the outer ring secondary high-pressure pipeline has been put into operation.

The Zaoyang City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau actively listens to enterprise opinions and proactively provides services. From the start of enterprise engineering projects to production, through measures such as early intervention, priority acceptance, communication at any time, and dedicated personnel docking, it provides enterprises with one-stop on-site assistance services. At the same time, it has further optimized project construction drawing review services, saving 168,000 yuan in drawing review fees for nine enterprises including Hubei Gang'an Co., Ltd. In addition, it has deepened the reform of the engineering construction project approval system and advanced a package of reform policies such as "phased approval permits," "start construction upon land acquisition," and "joint acceptance, early acceptance of individual projects, and integration of project acceptance and registration." It has also fully implemented the policy of coordinated application for water, electricity, gas, and network services and the policy of "no suspension of supply for arrears" for water and gas use, and established four shared business halls for water, electricity, and gas services. In the first half of the year, it handled a total of 25 joint completion acceptances for enterprise engineering projects, 5 acceptance projects for individual projects, and 25 "integration of acceptance and registration" projects, better serving market entities and promoting steady economic development.
