Located within the former Donghu Building plot on the southwest side of the intersection of Daminghu Road and Heihuquan North Road. As an important station in metro construction, its construction quality and efficiency directly affect the completion and operation of the entire metro line.

Project difficulties

Due to the tight schedule, small site, and high difficulty, the project department ultimately decided after study to adopt the "rotary drilling, grab, and milling" construction process, which can greatly improve the efficiency of diaphragm wall formation.

Project overview

The diaphragm wall is designed with a thickness of 1 m and a depth of 34 m, totaling 81 panels. The uniaxial compressive strength of the rock in the hardest stratum is 80 MPa.

A total of 6 pieces of equipment from Shanghai Jintai participated in the construction of this project, including 5 trenching machines and 1 rotary drilling rig.
