In deep-water foundation construction, XCMG adopted an innovative construction method using steel casings plus super-large rotary drilling to ensure one-time hole completion, greatly improving construction efficiency.

At the same time, XCMG attaches great importance to environmental protection, strictly carrying out mud transport and disposal work, and actively protecting water sources during construction to ensure the project meets all environmental protection requirements.

The bridge construction this time involves a total of 112 pile foundations, with a pile diameter of 3 meters and a pile depth of 107 meters. Faced with such a huge challenge, the XCMG large-tonnage rotary drilling rig fleet demonstrated its strong capabilities. Their average hole completion cycle is only about 10 days, comprehensively accelerating the construction of the bridge pile foundations and laying a solid foundation for the stability and safety of the bridge.
