On June 6, Sunward's promotion event for the SWDM520EE, the world's largest extended-range rotary drilling rig, was successfully held. The event was conducted via online livestream, linking Changsha, Wuhan, and Hangzhou simultaneously, and attracted customers from around the world to watch online, with views reaching as high as 70,000.

The SWDM800H set a world record for the deepest large-diameter bored pile at 155.5 m in the construction of the world's longest sea-crossing high-speed railway bridge. Super equipment supports super projects! Zhu Jianxin, Deputy General Manager of Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., led relevant heads of the R&D team and sales team to conduct an on-site inspection of the Hangzhou Bay project, while also bringing global customers a unique "cloud tour."

It is understood that the Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge of the Nantong-Ningbo High-Speed Railway is a controlling project of the railway, with a total length of 29.2 km, and is the world's longest sea-crossing high-speed railway bridge with the highest construction standards. Once completed, it will greatly shorten the travel time between cities in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta and is of great significance for achieving complementary regional resource advantages and comprehensive coordinated development.

Cheng Xibo, person in charge of the Hangzhou Bay construction site of the Mechanized Construction Branch of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, said during the exchange that at this project, multiple Sunward machines are working on site simultaneously, among which one SWDM800H and two SWDM520EE units are carrying out the world's deepest large-diameter bored pile construction through a combined relay drilling method of large and small rotary drilling rigs, demonstrating Sunward's industry position in pile work. The SWDM800H rotary drilling rig is equipped with the original high-inertia rotary platform braking force enhancement technology, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the whole machine and high work quality during ultra-deep large-diameter drilling. The SWDM520EE extended-range rotary drilling rig fully reflects the characteristics of low noise, environmental protection, energy saving, and consumption reduction. In pure electric mode, it consumes about 1,000 kWh per day on average (at 1 yuan/kWh, about 20 hours), and the energy cost is more than 80% lower than that of fuel rotary drilling rigs of the same class.

With national development, pile foundation construction and super projects are gradually extending to the sea and to lofty mountains and ridges, and the construction environment and geology are becoming increasingly complex, thus placing higher demands on equipment efficiency, energy consumption, safety, and quality.
