Yucheng County, using the establishment of a key project advancement working group as a platform, has adopted a working mechanism of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., closely monitoring major newly started projects such as the "three batches" and provincial and municipal key projects, and insisting on daily supervision at project construction sites. It has effectively achieved a harmonious situation in which "county main leaders supervise and handle matters, functional departments proactively take ownership, full-time personnel supervise implementation, and enterprises focus on project construction." The county's main leaders promptly supervise and handle problems discovered, mobilize forces from all sides and guarantee factors of production, promote project construction, coordinate with functional departments to proactively connect and cooperate closely, strengthen service awareness, help solve practical problems in project construction, create a favorable business environment for project construction, and form a bustling scene of construction. Since the beginning of this year, Yucheng County has had a total of 60 provincial and municipal key projects, with a total investment of 43.167 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 21.096 billion yuan. As of now, 57 projects have started construction, completing an investment of 13.17 billion yuan, exceeding the node targets.

From May 8 to May 10, the Yucheng County Project Advancement Center, together with functional departments such as land, planning, environmental impact assessment, housing and urban-rural development, and statistics, formed a joint service working group. Through on-site inspections, on-site office work, and in-depth visits, it served a total of 55 key project enterprises, inquiring in detail about project leaders' construction progress, handling of preliminary procedures, existing problems, and other circumstances. It is expected that a total of 10 projects can be completed and put into production in the first half of the year, with an annual output value of up to 3.7 billion yuan, driving employment for more than 4,000 people. Under the advancement mechanism of "one project, one county-level leader, one advancement unit, one full-time person, and one advancement plan," it is expected that a total of 19 projects can be completed and put into production by the end of the year, with an estimated output value of up to 8.2 billion yuan, driving employment for more than 10,000 people.
