In order to accelerate the advancement of urban construction projects, continuously raise the level of urban and rural infrastructure in Pukou District, Nanjing, and enhance the city's capacity and quality, the Pukou District Urban Construction Bureau has strengthened its measures and gone all out to push forward urban construction projects.
　　Advance planning and scientific arrangement. The urban construction plan arrangement work is carried out one year in advance, with comprehensive analysis of the planning, ecological red lines, funding and other safeguard elements involved in the projects; strict screening, multi-level review and scientific arrangement ensure that projects included in the plan can be implemented and delivered. In 2024, a total of 98 urban construction projects were arranged, with planned investment of 5.645 billion yuan for the year, of which 15 were included as municipal-level urban construction projects, with planned investment of 730 million yuan for the year.
　　Strengthen coordination and conduct regular scheduling. Normalized project advancement supervision and other work are carried out, and problems encountered in the course of project advancement are promptly coordinated and resolved with relevant departments. Difficulties and bottlenecks in advancement are reviewed every half month; the Pukou District Party Committee and District Government regularly organize special scheduling or on-site research, actively mobilize resources, press all parties to fulfill their responsibilities, and foster synergy to fully guarantee efficient project advancement.
　　Quantified management and whole-process tracking. All projects are broken down and quantified on a monthly basis, phased goals are set, schedules are worked out in reverse, and management is strengthened. Tracking and supervision of key projects are intensified to keep abreast of the progress of projects under construction. As of now, projects included in the municipal-level urban construction plan have completed a cumulative investment of 448 million yuan, with an investment completion rate of 61.3% for the year, and 3 projects have been completed. In the first quarter, Pukou District ranked ** in the city for urban construction project progress and was awarded the Red Flag incentive on the "Vitality List" in Nanjing's "Five Competitions, Five Comparisons and Five Lists" activity.
