Recently, the Kamoa-Kakula copper mine has once again reported good news: the Phase III concentrator was successfully commissioned ahead of schedule, breaking records by starting production 6 months earlier than originally planned. This marks a further capacity increase for this highly anticipated *** copper mine. Once Phase III reaches full production, the annualized copper output of the Kamoa-Kakula copper mine is expected to rise to more than 600,000 tonnes, making it the world's fourth-largest copper mine and the largest copper mine in Africa.

In the implementation of the Kamoa-Kakula copper mine Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III projects, Haiwang GX-B series cyclones are applied in the primary grinding classification, regrinding classification, and ultrafine grinding classification processes. The cyclone structure adopts a patented multi-cone structure and enhanced nonlinear centrifugal classification technology, featuring high classification precision and efficiency. The lining material uses independently developed Hailikang rubber, which features high wear resistance, tear resistance, high elasticity, and long service life. The overall technical level of this series of products has reached the international advanced level, and will help the Kamoa-Kakula copper mine Phase III project achieve full production and meet standards smoothly.

In the grand blueprint for the high-quality development of the global mining industry, Haiwang, as a *** manufacturing single champion in the cyclone field, will always uphold the most rigorous attitude, the most pragmatic style, and the most professional team to continuously provide high-quality equipment and technical solutions to the global mining industry.
