We actively engage with project employers, proactively visit them to publicize and explain the city's various policies on reducing burdens, stabilizing jobs, and expanding employment, and encourage and support project employers in creating more jobs. For project employers that hire college graduates, migrant workers, and people with employment difficulties, we accelerate the implementation of policies such as social insurance subsidies, job subsidies, and tax and fee reductions, transforming "enterprises seeking policies" into "policies seeking enterprises," ensuring that human resources and social security pro-enterprise policies are fully enjoyed and enjoyed promptly, and fully unleashing policy dividends.

Third, with key projects as the main body, we perform the "symphony" of our services at full volume. We optimize the "closed-loop" service model.
