Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued announcements on partial revisions of three national standards, namely the "Code for Design of Hall Sound Reinforcement Systems," the "Code for Design of Concrete Structures," and the "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings," as well as an announcement on the English version of the engineering construction standard "Technical Standard for Inspection of Building Structure." The partially revised provisions are published on the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development portal website (www.mohurd.gov.cn) and in the recently published journal "Engineering Construction Standardization."

Code for Design of Hall Sound Reinforcement Systems

The partially revised provisions of the national standard "Code for Design of Hall Sound Reinforcement Systems" are hereby approved and shall take effect on August 1, 2024. The name of the standard is changed to "Standard for Design of Hall Sound Reinforcement Systems," and the standard number is changed to GB/T50371-2006.

Code for Design of Concrete Structures

The partially revised provisions of the "Code for Design of Concrete Structures" are hereby approved and shall take effect on August 1, 2024. The name of the standard is changed to "Standard for Design of Concrete Structures," and the standard number is changed to GB/T50010-2010.

Code for Seismic Design of Buildings

The partially revised provisions of the national standard "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" are hereby approved and shall take effect on August 1, 2024. The name of the standard is changed to "Standard for Seismic Design of Buildings," and the standard number is changed to GB/T50011-2010.
