The People's Government of Jiaoqu District, Tongling City, Anhui Province issued a situation report on the 28th: At around 13:40 on May 27, a collapse occurred on one side of Building 48 in Longyuan Residential Community, Datong Town, Jiaoqu District, Tongling City, and 5 people were missing. After all-out search and rescue efforts, by 1:28 on the 28th, all 5 people had been found, of whom 4 were confirmed dead and 1 (female, 12 years old) is still receiving emergency treatment with all efforts.
