To the relevant departments of the State Council, the housing and urban-rural development departments (commissions) of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government and relevant departments, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the Military Facilities Construction Bureau of the Logistics Support Department of the Central Military Commission, the National Civil Air Defense Office, relevant industry associations, and relevant units:

In order to meet the needs of engineering construction and implement the requirements for reforming engineering construction standardization, and in accordance with the engineering construction code system table, our Ministry has organized the formulation of the "2024 Work Plan for the Development of Engineering Construction Codes and Standards and Related Work," which is hereby issued to you. Please make prompt arrangements for its implementation.
