Announcement of the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Nature of Currently Effective Anhui Provincial Engineering Construction Local Standards

Announcement No. 39 of the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development

As of now, there are a total of 225 currently effective Anhui provincial engineering construction local standards, of which 220 are recommended standards, with all provisions being recommended provisions; the other 5 standards contain some mandatory provisions, with the remaining provisions being recommended provisions.

In accordance with the relevant provisions and interpretations of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Commentary on the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Guidelines for the Preparation of Engineering Construction Standards, and other relevant regulations, fully mandatory standards and the mandatory provisions in standards must be strictly implemented; recommended standards and the recommended provisions in standards are encouraged by the state and voluntarily adopted by enterprises.

Where previous announcements of this Department are inconsistent with this Announcement, this Announcement shall prevail.
