On May 21, the Laoshan Government Affairs Network released the "Public Notice Information for the Keyuan Jingqi Road Bridge, Kejiyuan Wulu Road Bridge, Xinnan Road Bridge, and Zaoshan Donglu Road Bridge of the Qingdao Zhangcun River (Laoshan Section Phase I) Comprehensive Treatment Project." According to the public notice information, the Qingdao Zhangcun River (Laoshan Section Phase I) Comprehensive Treatment Project is located in the Zhangcun River basin, east of the Qingyin Expressway and west of Songling Road. The river channel is about 4,000 meters long and 150 to 480 meters wide, and includes 5 river-crossing vehicular bridges. According to the project schedule, the public notice for the earlier Keyuan Jingwu Road Bridge has already been completed, and this notice covers the remaining four bridges: the Keyuan Jingqi Road Bridge, Kejiyuan Wulu Road Bridge, Xinnan Road Bridge, and Zaoshan Donglu Road Bridge. The public notice period is from May 21, 2024 to May 27, 2024.

　　Among them, the Keyuan Jingqi Road Bridge is designed as a three-span steel-structure single-tower cable-stayed bridge with a portal-shaped bridge tower. It is 285 meters long, with a span arrangement of 50 meters + 120 meters + 115 meters, and the roadway has eight lanes in both directions. Due to the addition of guardrails and a auxiliary bridge connecting the greenway system in the bridge area, the total width is 42-61 meters.

　　The Kejiyuan Wulu Road Bridge is designed as a three-span deck-type open-spandrel box arch bridge. It is 115 meters long, with spans of 32.5 meters + 50 meters + 32.5 meters, and the roadway has four lanes in both directions. The sidewalk width widens along a curve, and the total bridge width is 21-27 meters.

　　The Xinnan Road Bridge is designed as a three-span continuous arch bridge. It is 104 meters long, with a span arrangement of 32 meters + 40 meters + 32 meters, and the roadway has six lanes in both directions. Guardrails are added in the bridge area and a sidewalk viewing platform is provided, with a total width of 36-43.6 meters.

　　The Zaoshan Donglu Road Bridge is designed as a three-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge. It is 96 meters long, with a span arrangement of 31 meters + 34 meters + 31 meters, and the roadway has eight lanes in both directions. Due to the addition of stairways and the curved widening of the sidewalk in the bridge area, the total width becomes 43-49.3 meters, and a canopy is provided in the sidewalk area of the bridge.
