"This is the new campus. Construction started in October last year, it will be completed in August this year, and in September when school starts the students will move over from the old campus," said Yu Shu, principal of Harbin Longjiang Tourism Secondary Vocational Technical School. "The school has hosted the Harbin ** Ice Harvesting Festival, and every year the performers at the opening ceremony of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, as well as the service staff, all come from our school. The reason the school chose to build its campus in Shuangcheng is mainly that, apart from being attracted by the business environment here, the prospects for cultural and tourism development in Shuangcheng are also worth anticipating."

　　Harbin Senyng Windows Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in the domestic window industry. At the construction site of the project with an annual output of 150,000 square meters of customized energy-saving wooden windows, Yu Wenjie, an employee of the company's infrastructure department, introduced that what is being built is the company's Phase IV production workshop, warehouse, and supporting buildings. Work officially resumed on March 13, and at present the main structure and enclosure structure of the two-story factory building have been completed, and indoor mechanical and electrical engineering (water, heating, and electricity) and internal and external decoration construction are underway, with completion and production planned before the end of the year.

　　It was learned in Shuangcheng that transport vehicles are busy entering and leaving the factory areas of enterprises such as Nestlé, Wandashan, and Huiyuan. These enterprises that settled in Shuangcheng early on are developing steadily and can be called successful examples of Shuangcheng's investment attraction.

　　Heilongjiang Hanan Technology Development Co., Ltd. is an old enterprise in Shuangcheng District, having been deeply engaged in funeral equipment here for more than 20 years, occupying 93% of the domestic market share in this industry, with some products exported abroad. Speaking of why the Phase II expansion project was launched, Su Ruchen, chairman of the company, said: "After the product market share increased, production capacity was insufficient. What is being expanded this time is the factory building and R&D center. After going into production, production capacity will double."

　　Urban heating involves thousands of households and is the largest livelihood project. Shuangcheng District currently has two heating enterprises, which, due to problems such as aging equipment, find it difficult to guarantee winter heating demand. Shuangcheng District has introduced an investment of 853 million yuan to build the Dingneng Heating Heat Source Project in Shuangcheng District, Harbin, which can achieve the goal of one enterprise supplying the entire district. "The project mainly builds three 116MW reciprocating grate boilers and three 116MW circulating fluidized bed boilers. At present, foundation and main structure construction of the factory buildings and equipment procurement are underway, ensuring heating for 7 million square meters this year," said Wang Haitao, general manager of the Dingneng heat source project in Shuangcheng District.

　　At the same time, urban road maintenance projects in Shuangcheng District have also started one after another. It is understood that Shuangcheng District has 15 infrastructure projects, with a total investment of 3.81 billion yuan and a planned investment of 1.98 billion yuan in 2024.
