Our architectural 3D printing uses additive manufacturing and cutting technology to produce hard architectural components with high precision requirements. Compared with traditional processes, it can reduce labor costs, shorten construction periods, and lower raw material costs, because part of the raw materials used includes industrial solid waste such as CFB fly ash. It mainly achieves the purpose of reducing costs and improving efficiency, and its main application scenarios are urban roads, garden landscapes, and some municipal projects.

As Shanxi Road & Bridge Group's largest investment project in Lvliang City, the Road and Bridge Transportation Science and Technology Park has a total investment of 575 million yuan and covers more than 200 mu. It is committed to building a modern industrial park integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and construction. The first phase of the science and technology park has a total investment of 330 million yuan. At present, seven business formats are thriving: ecological components, ecological cement, architectural 3D printing, recycled rubber particles, magnesium-based sound barriers, high-grade rubber asphalt recycled rubber particles, and asphalt products. Projects such as the Shanxi Road & Bridge Transportation Science and Technology Park and Xinmingyuan's annual output of 15,000 tons of special microfibers have been completed and put into operation. Projects such as Luzhe Heavy Industry structural components, Detongtai's 50,000 tons of steel box girders, Xinhongfa's annual output of 5,000 tons of lithium salt, and Maoyuan Energy's independent hybrid energy storage will be completed within the year. Projects such as Huadian's 100 MW photovoltaic power generation and Yaoyuan's annual output of 60,000 tons of color masterbatch new materials have been completed and put into operation. Efforts will be made to promote the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation of traditional industries, actively open up new areas and new tracks for economic growth, seize development opportunities and initiative, and accelerate project construction.
