At 20:28 on May 13, after 30 hours of continuous construction, the No. 0 block of the No. 15 main pier of the Dongwuyang Grand Bridge on the Ningde-Shangrao Expressway was successfully poured. The bridge has officially transitioned from substructure construction to superstructure construction, and comprehensive construction of the main tower and main girder will commence simultaneously in the future.

It is understood that long-span continuous girder bridges are generally constructed in segments, with each segment referred to as a "block." The "No. 0 block" poured this time is the first pouring unit, located at the top of the No. 15 main pier. It is 12 meters along the bridge direction, 28.1 meters transverse to the bridge, and 5.8 meters high, with a single-box three-cell structure and a pouring volume of 864 m³. It is the largest No. 0 block along the entire Xiapu to Fu'an section of the Ningde-Shangrao Expressway and was constructed using the triangular bracket cast-in-place method. As a key process in the construction of this bridge, the No. 0 block is characterized by long segmental blocks, multiple types of reinforcement, dense prestressing, high embedment precision, great construction difficulty, and high safety risks.

To ensure the smooth pouring of the No. 0 block, the project department attached great importance to it, formulated the pouring plan in advance, and held technical disclosure meetings and construction preparation meetings. Full preparations were made in terms of material supply, equipment configuration, logistical support, safety and quality control, and process coordination. Party members took the lead, and personnel from all departments performed their duties and cooperated closely to fully ensure construction safety and quality.

The successful pouring of the No. 0 block this time not only provides reliable data and technical support for the subsequent construction of the continuous girder, but also lays a solid foundation for achieving the annual goals and advancing the overall construction progress of the project.
