On the 15th, the 13th China Wujiang Miao Caishan Festival 2024 was held in Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County, Chongqing. On May 15, the 13th China Wujiang Miao Caishan Festival 2024 was held in Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County, Chongqing.

　　Pengshui is a minority autonomous county in Chongqing **predominantly inhabited by the Miao ethnic group and home to the largest Miao population among all counties in China. It is the Miao homeland of Chongqing, of China, and of the world. The Caishan Festival is a grand traditional festival of the Miao people. Every year on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, Pengshui County holds the Caishan Festival at Chiyou Jiuli City.

　　At the event site, more than ten thousand Miao sons and daughters, dressed in ethnic costumes, sang and danced. Adorned with Miao headdresses and dressed in Miao costumes, they danced gracefully in the square. The dances were either soft and graceful or lively and elegant, presenting the audience with a spectacular audio-visual feast.
