1. In principle, the Feasibility Study Report for the Under-Bridge Co-Linear Road Construction Project of No. 1 Highway (Huixia Expressway Dongjiangwan Industrial Park Section) submitted by your unit is approved (Unified Investment Project Code: 2401-441302-04-01-282855).

2. The project site is located in Shuikou Subdistrict and Ma'an Town, Huicheng District. The main construction includes roads and supporting bridge and culvert works, rainwater works, traffic works, lighting works, greening works, power cable trench works, etc., with a total length of 11.35 km. The road is classified as an urban arterial road and is implemented in two phases. Phase I covers the section from Qingli 1st Road to Qunle Road, with a road length of 7.63 km and a width of 45.5 m, featuring dual-direction six lanes; Phase II covers the section from Yanjiang Road to Qingli 1st Road, with a road length of 3.72 km and a width of 14.5 m, featuring dual-direction four lanes.

3. The estimated total investment of the project is 547.2778 million yuan, of which: engineering costs are 470.9897 million yuan (including 415.7703 million yuan for Phase I and 55.2194 million yuan for Phase II), other construction-related costs are 51.1862 million yuan (including land use costs of 20.1385 million yuan), and contingency costs are 25.1019 million yuan. The funds required for project construction shall be coordinated and resolved through the special bonds for the "1+4" park infrastructure construction project of the district's High-tech Industrial Park.
