Recently, it was learned from the press conference on "The Full-Year Arrangement of Key Engineering Projects in the City in 2024" held by the Information Office of the Hengshui Municipal People's Government that Hengshui is steadily advancing the construction of key projects in 2024, implementing 215 provincial and municipal key projects with a total investment of 69.44 billion yuan.

　　Hengshui City is seizing major national strategic opportunities such as the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the high-standard construction of the Xiong'an New Area. Relying on the "3+2" city-level leading industries and the "9+5" county-level characteristic industrial clusters, and focusing on strategic emerging industries, modernization and upgrading of industrial chains, and modern service industries, it plans and implements a batch of good projects with relatively large investment scale and strong driving effects, ensuring that more than 100 major projects are newly planned throughout the year, and striving to advance the implementation of 46 "dual-base" projects.

　　In the process of promoting the construction of key projects, Hengshui City has formulated the "2024 Work Priorities of the Hengshui Municipal Key Construction Leading Group," clarifying the tasks for key project construction throughout the year. The city provides full-process services for provincial and municipal key projects in the preliminary, commencement, construction, and production stages, sorts out element requirements such as land use and financing, establishes an element ledger for provincial and municipal key projects, and provides efficient and high-quality services to project units; fully leverages the role of the key construction project scheduling platform to achieve "one-stop online handling" for matters such as key project application, problem coordination, and daily scheduling; establishes a list ledger for provincial and municipal key construction projects to track project implementation progress in real time. It dynamically sorts out the difficulties and problems existing in the construction of key projects to promote the smooth implementation of projects; clarifies the municipal and county-level responsible leaders item by item, regularly goes deep into the front line of project construction, and coordinates to solve problems in project construction; organizes and carries out citywide project commencement and observation and training activities at appropriate times to create a strong atmosphere of comparison, learning, catching up, and surpassing in project construction, and regularly carries out supervision and scheduling of key projects.
